Well group: 3 oil wells (located at 3 well sites)
Total liquid production: 28m3/d
Associated gas content: 2000m3/d
Output pressure: 2.3-4MPa
Differential pressure between Inlet and outlet pressure : 1.0-2.5MPa

Case 3

1、Site situation:

Well group: 14 oil wells
Total liquid production: 20-25m3/d
Maximum output pressure 2.5MPa

2、Operation mode:

Each single well is collected into the tank through self-pressure, and then pressurized and transport by multiphase pump skid.

Case 4

1、Site situation:

Well group: 41 oil wells
Total liquid production: 60-70m3/d
Associated gas content: 12000m3/d
Input pressure: 0.2-0.8MPa
Output pressure: 2.2-2.9MPa
Operation mode: two pump used and one pump for spare

Oil field energy-saving case

Automatic Tail Balancing Intelligent Energy-Saving System for Pumping Unit

Case 1

Our company has conducted intelligent and energy-saving modification on the Type 12 conventional crank-balanced pumping unit, utilizing electric balance adjustment devices, intelligent control devices, and digital remote management platforms. The power-saving rate has reached over 20%, achieving digital remote management.

Case 2

Our company has conducted intelligent and energy-saving modification on the Type 5 conventional crank-balanced pumping unit, utilizing electric balance adjustment devices and intelligent control devices. The power-saving rate has exceeded 20%, and the upgraded units have been successfully integrated into oilfield existing remote digital management platform.

Case 3

Our company has conducted intelligent and energy-saving modification on the Type 5 conventional crank-balanced pumping unit. After installation, commissioning, and operational testing, all units achieved a power-saving rate of over 40%. These pumping units have been operating normally for nearly three and a half years without the need for human supervision.

Oil field environmental protection case

Oilfield Produced Water Treatment Solution

In November 2010, sulfate ions removal exchange device was installed and debugged at Oil Production Plant, and operational monitoring was conducted. The implementation tasks at the project site stage were fully completed, achieving the expected results.

After normal processing

Oil content decreased from 1030 mg/L to 2.86-10 mg/L.
Suspended solids decreased from 349 mg/L to 3.02 mg/L.

After ion exchange

Oil content was 2 to 5.71 mg/L, suspended solids were 1 to 2.4 mg/L, particle median diameter decreased from 40.23 µm to 0.126 µm.
SO42- content in the effluent water decreased from 840-1333 mg/L to 0-23 mg/L. HCO3 content decreased from 410 mg/L to 26 mg/L.
